Preparation

D-4 · Take positions

The store gets its hardware finished. Your team starts real training, not theory.

  • Finish the setup: counter, signage, equipment installed in place
  • Staff start training: base milk cooking and recipe preparation
  • 8 Phúc Tea teams kick in together: supply, marketing, delivery apps, content, operations, customer care, setup, coordination

The bad days are already planned for

5 common opening-week risks, each with a counter-measure built into the process before the door ever opens.

Base milk runs out mid-shift

Counter-measure in place: Cooked at least 2 hours ahead, end-of-shift stock kept at 30% or more.

POS jams at peak hours

Counter-measure in place: One person dedicated to the POS, handwritten-bill backup ready.

Service time collapses

Counter-measure in place: Fixed roles: order taking, preparing, serving and checking.

Key staff absent without notice

Counter-measure in place: Always at least 2 people certified on base milk cooking.

Toppings run out at rush hour

Counter-measure in place: Quotas set per time window, checked before the rush.

2 golden rules

1

If a gate is not passed, the next gate does not open.

2

Nobody self-reports as done. Every result is measured or graded objectively.

This is the preview version. The full set of 24 KPIs for 8 teams is activated for your store the moment you sign.
