  2. 2. Market review. Together we look at the territory, target locations, supply and the development plan.
  3. 3. Headquarters visit. Meet the team in Can Tho, see stores in operation and the training system first-hand.
  4. 4. Agreement. Territory, development schedule and terms are agreed in a master or unit franchise agreement.
  5. 5. Training & launch. Your team trains at HQ; Phúc Tea supports design, opening and the first months of operation.

What is the relationship between HappiTea and Phúc Tea?
HappiTea is the name Phúc Tea uses in international markets. Same recipes, same operating standards and the same owner: Phuc Tea Franchise Joint Stock Company, founded in Can Tho, Vietnam in 2017.
Where does HappiTea operate today?
Outside Vietnam, HappiTea operates in the Philippines (Manila) and India (Hyderabad and Pune), developed with local master franchise partners.
What does a master franchise partner receive?
The right to develop the brand across an agreed country or region, the full product and recipe system, training at Phúc Tea headquarters in Can Tho, store design and opening support, supply guidance and the brand marketing toolkit.
How are fees and investment discussed?
International fees depend on the market, territory size and development plan, so they are discussed directly with qualified partners after an introductory call with our founders. We do not publish a one-size-fits-all figure.
How do I start?
Submit the partnership form on this page. Serious applicants are invited to a call with the founding team, followed by a market review and, if both sides agree, a visit to our headquarters in Vietnam.
