1. Data we collect
- Data you send through forms: name, phone number, email, province or city, district or ward, your need (open a store or invest), model of interest, budget and message. Collected when you request a franchise consultation, register for a regional offer, book a consultation or use an investor tool.
- Technical data collected automatically: pages viewed, time on page, device, browser, traffic source and interactions with our tools. Collected through Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics as statistics, not linked to your name or phone number.
- Choices kept in your browser: answers you give in our tools (budget, model, province) are kept temporarily in your browser's session storage so later forms can be pre-filled. They are not sent anywhere until you submit a form, and are deleted when you close the tab. Your name and phone number are never stored this way.
- Job applications: the website does not collect applications through forms. You email hr@phuctea.com.vn directly and your data is handled under the company's recruitment process.
2. Purposes
- Contacting you about the franchise consultation you requested.
- Confirming and managing any offer you register for.
- Improving website content and experience using aggregated statistics.
- Meeting legal obligations when required by competent authorities.
We do not use your data for any other purpose without your consent.
3. Legal basis
Your consent when you submit a form. For technical statistics, our legitimate interest in operating the website.
4. Sharing
- Internally: Phúc Tea's franchise and customer care teams, only as needed to respond to you.
- Service providers: Google (Analytics, and Sheets for storing form submissions) and Vercel (website hosting and statistics). They process data under their service agreements and their own privacy policies.
- We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
5. Retention
Form data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact, or until you ask us to delete it. Technical statistics are kept for 14 months, the Google Analytics default.
6. Your rights
You have the right to be informed, to access, correct, withdraw consent, request deletion or restrict processing of your data. Email hello@phuctea.com.vn with the phone number you used so we can verify you. We reply within 72 business hours.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics cookies to measure traffic, and your browser's session storage to remember tool answers during a visit. You can turn off cookies in your browser and the website still works.
8. Data protection
The website transmits data over encrypted HTTPS. Form data is stored in systems with access control, open only to assigned staff.
9. Children
The website is not aimed at people under 18 and does not knowingly collect children's data. If you believe we have collected it by mistake, tell us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
When we update this policy, the new effective date appears at the top of the page. Major changes will be announced on the website.
