Who writes
The team brings together the departments that work directly with our products and partners: marketing, store operations, product research (R&D) and franchise development. Product articles are checked by R&D, franchise articles by the partner development team, and store opening stories come from the stores and partners themselves.
Editorial principles
- Sourced figures. Network figures follow our official company information; market data names its source and date.
- Prices as ranges. Prices vary by store, so we only show a range, e.g. 24,000 - 27,000 VND depending on the store.
- No promised results. Investment figures are indicative; revenue and payback depend on the site and operation and are modelled individually during consultation.
- Real experience. Store, product and partner stories describe what actually happened in the network, with real photos where available.
- Corrected when wrong. Articles are updated when facts change, and the update date is shown under the headline.
