Every time a Phúc Tea store opens, the team writes a short announcement. After a few years those announcements were scattered across the blog, so anyone trying to look one up had to dig. This page gathers them in one place: when each store opened, where it is, which model it runs, and where to find the other stores in that province.
Why we keep this list
For anyone weighing a franchise, an opening list says things a brand introduction cannot: where the system actually opens, which models it opens with, and at what pace. That is easier to verify than a single headline number.
The number worth more than the store count is how many partners open again: 62% of Phúc Tea franchise partners currently operating run two or more stores (Phúc Tea internal data). A partner who opens a second store has already answered the question of whether the model works.

What the list shows
Tea carts account for most recent openings. Thới Lai, Cái Tắc, Bình Thạnh and Tân Uyên all run the tea cart model. It is the lightest of the three store models and suits owners who already have a frontage at home.
The system opens in clusters, not evenly. Bình Dương, Đồng Nai, Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta are the four densest areas. Opening in clusters makes ingredient delivery, operations support and regional marketing cheaper for each store.
A new store does not mean the area is still open. Phúc Tea selects one partner per area and does not place two stores too close together on the same road.
